Michael has
worked in the biopharmaceutical industry for more than 20 years
including extensive experience in the research divisions of Merck, Sharp & Dohme,
Laboratorios Almirall and Eli Lilly.
His principle areas of expertise are in neuroscience drug discovery and development.
In his career he moved into portfolio management and was responsible for Novel
Targets at Eli Lilly. He founded Eolas Biosciences Ltd in 2005 to pursue
his interests in the commercialization of innovation. Michael holds several honorary
academic positions at prestigious institutions such as The Institute of Psychiatry
in London and with the Science Policy Research Unit in Sussex University. Michael
is also qualified in executive coaching and organizational development. |

Kimberley is
an innovative scientist (PhD, Neuroscience) with over 14 years
of industry experience in research and product development at major
pharmaceutical firms (Eli Lilly and Company, SmithKline
Beecham, Hoffmann-LaRoche) as well as
start-up ventures (CereMedix, Acretia, Predix, EPIX).
Broad-based
expertise spans target selection and validation, early and late
stage product development, product profiling with competitive differentiation,
scientific communications and presentations, and executive management. She
also has experience in promoting and licensing technologies, setting
up and managing worldwide research alliances and outsourcing of
research services. |
